Terms of service

By placing an order, you confirm that the product, size, color, delivery details, and total shown at checkout are correct. Stripe processes payment through hosted checkout. An order may be cancelled and refunded if payment is not completed or the selected item cannot be fulfilled.

Products are designed in Salem, Massachusetts, and printed or embroidered and shipped by Printful. Production starts after purchase. Product appearance can vary between screens and physical items, and availability can change before checkout is completed.

Shipping choices, charges, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and deliverable address.

Every piece is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for size, color, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund. No need to send it back.

Salem Thread Craft names, artwork, photographs, and site content may not be reproduced or sold without permission. The site and products are provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
