Privacy policy

We use order and contact information needed to operate the store, including your name, email, shipping address, selected products, and support messages. Cart selections may be stored in your browser so they remain available between visits.

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Salem Thread Craft does not receive your full card number. We share the order details needed for production and delivery with Printful, including the products ordered, recipient name, shipping address, and contact information.

If you join the first-collection list, we store your email address to notify you when products become available. Transactional messages about an order may also be sent to complete a purchase and provide support.

You can clear locally stored cart information through your browser. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information held by Salem Thread Craft, email hello@salemthreadcraft.com. Stripe and Printful handle information under their own privacy terms.
