How orders are made
The designs start in Salem. Printful prints or embroiders each piece after you order and ships it to you. We sell online across the United States; there is no public storefront or local pickup.

Problems with an order
Every piece is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for size, color, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund. No need to send it back.
