- Every piece is produced after checkout. The delivery estimate and available shipping choices are shown during checkout for your order and address. Tracking is sent when the order ships.
- Where are your products printed?
- Products are designed in Salem, Massachusetts, and printed or embroidered and shipped by Printful. Nothing is printed at a Salem storefront.
- Do you have a physical store in Salem?
- No. Salem Thread Craft is an online-only brand with no public storefront, walk-in location, or local pickup.
- What is your return and exchange policy?
- Every piece is printed to order, so we can't accept returns for size, color, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund. No need to send it back.

- Use the sizes and product details shown on the individual product page. Specifications can vary by item, so we do not apply one fit or measurement chart to every garment. Review the selected size before checkout because printed-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a sizing change.
- How should I wash my item?
- Follow the care instructions supplied with the specific product. If no product-specific instructions are shown, email us before washing rather than relying on a general rule that may not suit the garment.
